In 2012, Otto joined CumulusPro as a non-executive Chairman.
Prior to Cumuluspro, he founded DICOM Inc in Switzerland and was its CEO for 11 years, until 2002. Under his guidance, DICOM became a public-listed company on the London Stock Exchange and Frankfurt’s Neue Markt.
Just as the best wines come from cultivating the best grape vines, Otto’s ability to cultivate companies led DICOM Inc to achieving multi-national status with subsidiaries in 29 countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Founder and CEO
As Founder and CEO of the Cumuluspro, Giulio’s full-time role is to maintain the entrepreneurial spirit of the company by focusing on new business initiatives, disruptive technologies that have characterised CumulusPro product offering and business growth.
He joined DICOM AG Switzerland in 1992 when it was just an IT startup in Switzerland, where he quickly progressed into key management roles. Giulio moved to Singapore where he pursued his vision of overcoming geographical and industrial boundaries in business. In his own words, he speaks of a new business landscape where the focus is on “injecting community philosophy for a common good, with a strong sharing economy as a business model. This will result in every member focusing on their craft, while letting those that excel in theirs contribute too. Everyone benefits, and everyone wins in the end.” This is the philosophy with which Giulio founded CumulusPro.
He resides in both Switzerland and Singapore, and continues to seek new adventures in between.
Senior VP, Marketing & Operations
Gillian is fully responsible for CumulusPro marketing ventures which involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the CumulusPro’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.
Gillian began her career as the Regional Marketing Manager in Canon Singapore. As her view of the world expanded, so did her professional life as she was appointed General Manager for DICOM Malaysia and was soon promoted to Managing Director of DICOM China where she continued to oversee Asia-wide marketing efforts.
Whether it’s through a camera lens or on the latest marketing campaign, Gillian has always had her eyes focused on the prize. Yet her no-nonsense attitude is sprinkled with fun and humour, making her the perfect person to lead CumulusPro’s creative team – from content creation to graphic design; website interface to user experience; marketing collateral to social media.
She lives in Singapore, and is never caught without her Canon camera.
