ABBYY OCR to PDF - When added into Straatos process flow, it performs Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on images and converts the content into text searchable PDF files.

ABBYY MRZ - Automatically locates, recognises, and extracts the required data from the machine readable zone (MRZ) from ID cards, passports, and driving licenses. Able to automatically detect whether the document is in Arabic, English, and other languages. This automation task extends to other automated processes like ID validation, background checks with external databases for security control, and KYC or AML compliances.

Email notifications

With this service task powered by SendGrid, email notifications can be triggered from Straatos business processes. Email body and content can contain text, HTML, and attachments. For email using your own email account, subscribe to SendGrid to obtain the API Key to configure your personal email notification settings.
Mobile In-App Notification

This service task triggers in-app notifications in the Mobile Capture App (supports only Mobile Capture V2.0) directly from Straatos BPM. Send in-app notifications to users when an action is required. If the user does not respond within a period of preconfigured time, the document will automatically be routed to the next user or tasks as defined in the process flow.
Tesseract MRZ reader

This service task from Tesseract automatically reads and extracts information from ICAO standard Passports and ID documents with 2 or 3 lines of Machine Readable Zone.
XML Formatter

Although most backend systems accept XML file format, each system may require a specific standard in the XML class format. This service task utilizes the XSLT transformation language, accepts data and outputs XML files based on an XSLT template design.
The XSLT (Extensible StyleSheet Language Transformation) template specifies the presentation of a class of XML documents by describing how an instance of the class is transformed into an XML document that uses a formatting vocabulary, such as (X)HTML or XSL-FO.
Zapier Integration

This service task connects to a custom "Zap" built by CumulusPro that integrates Straatos BPM Platform with Zapier API platform. (A "Zap" is web automation app that works with other Zaps on Zapier to automate parts of a business process)
Document images that are routed to a Zapier integration task defined in a Straatos process will start a Zapier workflow on Zapier platform. The document images and data are "uploaded" to another Zap from any of the cloud applications (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks online etc) depending on your Zapier's flow design and configuration.

AFAS Online integration
