Our business landscape has seen rapid disruptions since the emergence of COVID-19, with the unexpected declaration of cities and national lockdown as well as international travel restrictions.

I am writing to assure you that business at CumulusPro is going on as usual, even as we exercise caution amid the coronavirus pandemic to protect our employees and the people we come into contact with. My colleagues and myself remain available through email, phone calls, audio and video conferences in this period where we may be postponing or canceling face to face meetings.

It is our policy that our employees are fitted with systems and procedures to work remotely or in the normal office. Each of our team members is equipped to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues, partners and customers, regardless of location, on tried and tested cloud-based systems in a secure environment.

Whilst the current situation remains a huge concern for all of us, we assure you that our customer’s data and process operations on our BPM platform remain our highest priority.
