Pinnacle Data Management (PDM) and CumulusPro make invoice processing affordable for SMEs

Luzern, Switzerland, 29 March 2016 - Essex-based Pinnacle Data Management Ltd. (PDM) has handled millions of documents since its inception in 1994. To further strengthen its offering, PDM partners with CumulusPro to make invoice processing affordable for its SME customers.

With CumulusPro’s Invoice+, PDM’s customers can scan their invoices anywhere, at any time, through a web-scan interface or mobile capture app. The relevant information from the invoice is then extracted, in order to support or even automate the accounting process. CumulusPro’s Invoice+ is an innovative invoice processing solution comprising a suite of software components, including Scan+ProcessLite™, the Document Manager Awards 2015’s SME CMS Product of the Year.

For customers who prefer not to do the scanning themselves, PDM also performs bulk scanning services, followed by validation of the extracted information to prepare invoices for submission and approval.

By choosing CumulusPro’s Invoice+ solution, PDM allows its SME customers to dramatically reduce their invoice processing times and cost - as timely processing of invoices means SMEs can benefit from early payment discounts, and all in all, better cash planning.
